· Organize meetings & events and ensure that the Director is well prepared for those meetings,
preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting documents.
· Maintain records of Director’s contacts.
· Manage Director’s travel arrangements (Ticket/accommodation/Taxi). Performs clerical
and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports.
· Maintain customer information and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
· Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of the Director if necessary, taking notes and recording
minutes.
· Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of director, reviews contents, determines
importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
· Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
· Any other duties as may be reasonably required by the Director.
· Manage Director’s calendar, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
· Ensure that urgent enquiries and emerging issues are brought to the ED’s attention
· Maintain relation with internal and external stakeholders
· Coordinating specific key client projects if required.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
· 2 years of proven work experience as an Executive Assistant.
· Excellent Written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Reporting and presentation skills
· Computer software skills including Microsoft Office
· Time management skills
· Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
