Location: GrandDreams Banquet, Nehru Place

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Overview:

GrandDreams Banquet is looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day banquet operations, ensure smooth event execution, handle client coordination, and maintain high service standards. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, hands-on banquet/hotel experience, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise overall banquet operations for all events.

Coordinate with clients, catering team, vendors, and internal departments.

Ensure timely event setup including décor, audio-visual, seating, and service arrangements.

Monitor staff performance and allocate duties to ensure smooth workflow.

Maintain high-quality service standards and resolve operational issues in real-time.

Conduct pre-event meetings and post-event reviews to improve efficiency.

Manage inventory, stock, equipment, and ensure proper maintenance.

Handle guest queries, complaints, and provide quick resolutions.

Oversee safety, cleanliness, and hygiene protocols across the banquet.

Create and implement SOPs for better operational efficiency.

Prepare daily operational reports and assist management in planning and development.

Candidate Requirements:

Mandatory: Experience working in a Banquet, Hotel, or Event Organizing Company.

Minimum 3–7 years of relevant operational experience.

Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure during events.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Flexibility to work extended hours based on event schedules.
