💼 Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Finance and/or Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate will lead functional consulting activities, manage end-to-end implementations, and work closely with business stakeholders to design and deliver robust D365 F&O solutions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver end-to-end D365 F&O implementations and upgrades.

Conduct requirement gathering sessions, Fit-Gap analysis, and solution design.

Configure Finance & Operations modules (Finance, SCM, Procurement, Production, Projects, etc.).

Prepare functional design documents (FDD), BRDs, test scripts, and training materials.

Work closely with technical consultants for customization requirements.

Perform UAT support, data migration validation, and go-live activities.

Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvements.

Guide and mentor junior consultants in project delivery.

Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices and industry standards.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 F&O / AX.

Strong hands-on expertise in Finance and/or Supply Chain Management modules.

In-depth understanding of business processes (GL, AP/AR, Inventory, Procurement, Production, WMS, etc.).

Experience in multi-phase implementations, global rollouts, and support projects.

Ability to create high-quality documentation and functional design specs.

Good knowledge of D365 integrations, workflows, reporting, and data migration.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Microsoft certifications (MB-300, MB-310, MB-330) preferred.

Exposure to Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).

Experience in working with global teams and clients.
