Job Description

Position: Senior MERN Stack Developer Location: Udhana Darwaja Employment Type: Full‑Time Key Responsibilities Architect, design, implement, and maintain production‑grade MERN applications Translate UI/UX designs into performant, responsive front-end features Build, optimize, and secure RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs using Node.js and Express.js Design and manage schema/data‑models in MongoDB with attention to performance and scaling Implement DevOps best practices: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) Enforce coding standards via code reviews; mentor and guide junior developers Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards Keep abreast of emerging technologies; champion continuous improvement Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent 5+ years full‑stack experience with the MERN stack Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 Experience with Git or comparable version‑control systems Proven track record designing and delivering scalable web solutions Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills; experience in Agile/Scrum teams Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): How many years of experience in MERN stack development?
