Senior MERN Stack Developer

As a full-stack developer at Voxbay, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and RESTful APIs using the MERN stack. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building highly scalable and reliable applications for telecom platforms, ensuring strong performance, security, and availability. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, Network Engineering) to deliver end-to-end solutions. - Integrating applications with telecom systems, APIs, and third-party services (e.g., SMS, VoIP, billing, CRM). - Ensuring best practices in code quality, architecture, testing, and deployment. - Mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews. - Staying updated with emerging technologies relevant to web development and telecommunications. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with the MERN stack. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB. - Solid experience in RESTful API design and microservices architecture. - Knowledge of telecom protocols (SIP, SMPP, WebRTC) or experience with telecommunication platforms (IVR, VoIP, messaging systems, billing systems) is highly desirable. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Agile methodologies. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a focus on performance optimization.
