As a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer with 1+ years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications using a variety of technologies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable MERN stack applications using Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS. - Building robust microservices and monolithic applications with a modular approach. - Implementing secure authentication mechanisms using OAuth, SSO, JWT, and role-based access control (RBAC). - Developing highly responsive Next.js applications using RTK (Redux Toolkit) and UI libraries like Ant Design, Material UI, or Chakra UI. - Managing databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL for efficient data storage and retrieval. - Deploying and maintaining cloud-based applications using AWS services. - Implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and integration. - Working with Docker to containerize applications and streamline deployments. - Utilizing WebSockets for real-time communication features. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams using GitHub and Jira for version control and project tracking. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
