Senior Merchandiser

• Act as the primary point of contact with international and domestic buyers.
• Manage product development, sampling, and approvals as per buyer requirements.
• Prepare cost sheets, price negotiations, and order confirmations.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure timely execution of orders.
• Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and other internal teams.
• Handle trims, accessories, fabrics, and raw material sourcing/follow-ups.
• Track order status, highlight potential issues, and provide solutions.
• Ensure compliance with buyer standards, quality requirements, and shipment deadlines.
• Train, guide, and monitor junior merchandisers / assistants.
• Maintain strong market awareness to suggest new trends and developments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Designing, or related field.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in merchandising (export/domestic).
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
