Knowledge of fabrics and garment making. Good communication and follow-up skills. Able to handle multiple orders and deadlines. Team player with leadership ability.

Develop collections, mood boards, and print files aligned with client brand identity. Supervise sampling and ensure design accuracy in production. Work closely with merchandising, production, and client-facing teams. Mentor and guide junior designers and interns. Present design ideas to management and clients with clarity. Requirements 4 – 6 years of professional experience in fashion or textile design. Strong portfolio in uniforms, fashion, or textiles. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW; Clo3D knowledge is a plus. Deep understanding of textile repeats, color separations, and print placements.
