Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Fashion Designer to lead creative development at IRIS Corporate Wear. This role is ideal for someone with strong design skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to handle large-scale hospitality, corporate, and airline projects from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to final presentation.
• Create original fashion illustrations, textile prints, and surface design concepts.
• Develop collections, mood boards, and print files aligned with client brand identity.
• Supervise sampling and ensure design accuracy in production.
• Work closely with merchandising, production, and client-facing teams.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and interns.
• Present design ideas to management and clients with clarity.

Requirements

• 4 – 6 years of professional experience in fashion or textile design.
• Strong portfolio in uniforms, fashion, or textiles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW; Clo3D knowledge is a plus.
• Deep understanding of textile repeats, color separations, and print placements.
• Strong sense of color, detail, and presentation.
