About the Role

Head Merchandiser

Your Work

  • Talk to clients and understand their needs.
  • Work with design and sampling teams for fabrics, trims, and approvals.
  • Plan timelines and follow up on orders.
  • Coordinate with vendors and negotiate prices when needed.
  • Check quality and make sure everything matches client standards.
  • Guide and support a small merchandising team.

    • What You Need

    • 3–4 years’ experience in merchandising (uniforms or garments preferred).
    • Knowledge of fabrics and garment making.
    • Good communication and follow-up skills.
    • Able to handle multiple orders and deadlines.
    • Team player with leadership ability.
