Job Description

Role Overview: As a high-caliber individual, you will be responsible for leading a team and driving the merchandising strategy for the expansion of the company in the Region. Your primary focus will be on sample development and production approvals, market sample tracking, data and system maintenance, as well as cross-functional team communication. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee sample development and production approvals, ensuring timely follow-up with vendors and resolving any quality issues to meet company requirements - Manage lab dips, strike-offs, graphics, and wash submissions to meet due dates - Maintain data using various systems such as PLM and Intellimas to handle daily activities efficiently - Regularly communicate and exchange up-to-date information with cross-functional partners and counterparts in different locations Qualifications Required: - University Graduate or above, preferably with a major in Apparel/Textile or fashion garment - Minimum of 8 years of working experience in the garment field for the US/Canada market - Experience in buying/sourcing office or children's wear products is a plus - Possess an agile, innovative mindset with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken English - Proficiency in MS Office, including Pivot table, Excel, and PowerPoint Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.,
