Job Description Conduct Product Safety Management practices, like Factory Safety Audit, across Carter’s Vendor base to ensure products and processes are compliant to the best practice and process standards expected, reacting quickly to manage any safety concern. Implement and support vendor management related to onboarding program and manufacturing capability. Communicate with the factory to identify and offer the dedicated Product Safety Officer to cover their factory activities. Coordinate with CGS to offer the regular PSO training to develop the PSO competency. Train and implement different PSO activities to enhance the production safety control.
