Senior Merchandiser

Role Overview: As a Senior Merchandiser at CTA Apparels Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in managing buyer accounts, driving product development, and ensuring smooth order execution. Acting as the primary liaison between buyers and internal teams, you will also mentor junior merchandisers to uphold the company's standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage assigned international buyer brands such as Streetone and Cecil (CBR Group). - Handle daily communication, approvals, and align seasonal requirements. - Support price negotiations and ensure adherence to buyer SOPs. - Guide and support junior merchandisers and assistants in order follow-up. - Provide feedback, knowledge sharing, and troubleshoot execution challenges. - Oversee sampling, costing, and coordination with vendors. - Monitor order progress through T&A calendars and ensure timely dispatch. - Collaborate effectively with production, QA, planning, and logistics teams. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduation in Fashion Technology, Apparel Merchandising, or equivalent field. - 7-10 years of experience in apparel merchandising. - Strong expertise in woven and knit apparel. - Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
