Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Fabric bookings/ordering and trims ordering.
Closing TNA plan as per delivery
Handling fit rounds according to the TNA closure.
Getting approval for all the Fabrics (FOBs and Lots), branding trim layouts and garment trims.
Handling testing (FPTs and GPTs).
Good accuracy in preparing lots and clubbing if required.
Getting approval for all the bulk Trims, Accessories & Fabrics.
Getting approval for all the Embroideries, embroidery layouts, techniques, Prints if any.
Getting approval on Fit Sealers, PP samples, size set samples and TOP samples.
Handling photo samples/ad samples if required.
Handing over the production file timely to the allotted factory along with updated POs from Customer.
TOP and Production follow-ups.
Shipment follow-ups
Manage garment merchandising activities from planning to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Coordinate with design teams to develop new product designs, including embroidery and print development.
Source fabrics, trims, and other materials required for production while maintaining quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to fabrication, stitching, washing, dyeing, printing, etc.
