Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandiser located in Gurugram. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and executing merchandising strategies, maintaining stock levels, creating appealing product displays, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The individual will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive product visibility and customer engagement. The role also involves assessing market trends to optimize sales and identifying opportunities for improvement in retail operations.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and enhance customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of Sales and Retail practices to optimize product performance and contribute to overall business growth.
Experience in Marketing to develop and implement merchandising strategies and improve product visibility.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies for optimal inventory and sales performance.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and an innovative mindset to excel in product planning and display strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
