You will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team to drive our merchandising strategy in the Region. Your duties will include managing sample development and production approvals, tracking market samples, resolving development quality issues, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely submissions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and counterparts in different locations, such as our offices in Hong Kong and the US. Additionally, you will be tasked with data maintenance using various systems like PLM and Intellimas to manage daily activities. Regular communication with cross-functional partners will be crucial to exchange up-to-date information and ensure smooth operations. To qualify for this position, you should hold a university degree or above, preferably in Apparel/Textile or fashion garment. A minimum of 8 years of experience in the garment industry for the US/Canada market is required, with additional experience in buying/sourcing offices or children's wear products being advantageous. An agile and innovative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and proficiency in MS Office tools (such as Pivot table, Excel, PPT) are also essential for this role.,
