The Clinicals Team

We build the interface that makes the interactions between these providers and the electronic health record as seamless as possible, and elevates what the doctor needs to see, when they need to see it. This team is innovative, passionate, and driven by our mission to help make an impact.
We are looking for a Senior Member of Technical Staff to join our Clinicals team within our Bangalore R&D division. Your job will be to build products and services for Clinicals. Help us reach our goal of becoming the healthcare backbone by enhancing our cloud-based EHR solution and leveraging the network effect of 85,400+ providers. Apply your technical skills towards allowing doctors to be doctors so that they are able to spend more time doing what they do best: provide patient care. But enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You are an engineer with experience building full stack web applications, preferably in public and private cloud environments. You are an excellent communicator capable of quickly picking up the complicated healthcare domain. You are a tenacious yet nimble learner who demonstrates design and engineering excellence.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Job Responsibilities
Write, debug, and deploy code to production; deliver timely fixes
Adhere to DOD (story definition of done) as part of the sprint, including unit tests, functional testing, code reviews, bug fixes, and documentation.
Typical Qualifications
Ideally 4-8 years of progressive software development experience with significant product development expertise
Good at problem solving and Designing enterprise applications.
Expertise in Microservice design/development (Java, Spring framework) is required
Knowledge of Infrastructure as code, CI, CD, and continuous monitoring etc.
Experience in building, deploying containerized applications on cloud platforms like Azure AKS and/or AWS ECS/EKS
Familiarity Azure DevOps or Jenkins is ideal
Hands on experience in at least one relational database technology and NOSQL db.
Knowledge of data streaming services (Kafka) or AWS kinesis
Familiar with logging, instrumentation, and monitoring (LMM) tools
Understanding of rules frameworks like JBoss drools or similar is plus.
Experience in big data frameworks like Apache spark is plus
Experience working with large existing codebase.
Willingness to leverage AI frameworks/models for better productivity
Added Advantage: Full stack development experience.
