Unlike conventional models that primarily prioritize inventory levels and turnover, Our PAR metric dives deeper. About the Role:

We are seeking a highly-motivated and results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various marketing campaigns and activities for increasing brand awareness and generating MQLs and SQLs for our Intelligent Inventory Management and Optimization Platform. It is an ideal opportunity for an experienced B2B marketing professional to grow as part of our company journey to $10mn. This is a remote position open for Bangalore, Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with a small team of marketeers or a fractional team specializing in specific marketing skills to meet demand generation objectives . This includes content marketing, product marketing, SEO, paid digital (LinkedIn and Google Ads), and Webinars and Physical events.
  • Running email, paid digital, and other marketing campaigns as per identified ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and target segments to generate MQLs and SQLs.
  • Develop a good understanding of our ICPs and target segments to understand their requirements, challenges, and goals. Maintain and develop compelling product and content marketing collaterals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our platform and solutions. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform and solutions and differentiation versus competitors via product and content marketing assets.
  • Collaborate closely with the business development and sales team to continuously optimize marketing messaging and campaigns, and ensure a seamless handover of MQLs.
  • Maintain marketing and sales dashboards in the CRM system to provide a full-funnel view from MQL to Closed Won stages.
  • Work with agencies/external partners to identify new sources to augment demand generation and drive increased creation of Top Funnel (ToFU) for business growth.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field. Preferably, at least four (4) years of professional experience of working with B2B SaaS organizations, especially enterprise software, scaled SaaS or AI platform vendors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead/demand generation targets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a broader team.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and other tools to manage leads and track progress.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
