Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Marketing Manager, located in Trivandrum. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and overseeing the marketing team. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with other departments, tracking performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
• Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and performance metrics
• Proficiency in digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage and mentor a marketing team
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in fashion retail industry is a plus
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
