Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Marketing Manager located in Gurugram. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns and analyzing market trends. The individual will also manage relationships with vendors/ partners, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure that all marketing activities align with the company's goals and values.

1. Strategic Marketing & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects.
  • Plan pre-launch, launch, and sustenance campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and on-ground channels.
  • Work closely with sales and CRM teams to align marketing goals with revenue targets.
  • Create and monitor annual and project-specific marketing budgets.

2. Branding & Communication

  • Strengthen brand identity across all touchpointsdigital, print, on-site, and events.
  • Supervise the creation of high-quality marketing collateralsbrochures, hoardings, digital creatives, videos, and project films.
  • Manage PR activities, press releases, and media interactions to enhance brand visibility.

3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Oversee performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, etc.) to drive quality leads.
  • Collaborate with digital agencies for SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metricsCPL, CTR, lead-to-site visit ratio, and conversion cost.
  • Manage and optimize CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.

4. Events, Partnerships & On-Ground Marketing

  • Plan and execute project launches, channel partner meets, and client engagement events.
  • Collaborate with brokers, IPCs, and influencer partners for market reach.
  • Supervise on-site branding, signage, and experience zones for maximum impact.

5. Market Research & Intelligence

  • Conduct competitor analysis and track market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide insights on pricing, buyer behavior, and campaign performance to management.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in planning and executing marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in overseeing marketing campaigns and conducting market research
  • Ability to analyze market trends and manage client relationships
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus with overall 10 years plus of work experience in marketing domain
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams
