Senior Marketing Manager

This role will drive the execution of the company’s GTM strategy, ensuring alignment of business goals with marketing campaigns. The person will act as the central hub for planning, coordinating, and following up on all marketing initiatives — with accountability for results.

Responsibilities

• Translate GTM strategy into quarterly/annual marketing plans.
  

• Plan and maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely execution.
  

• Allocate work to team members, agencies, and freelancers, with clear briefs and deadlines.
  

• Track deliverables, measure impact, and report progress to leadership.
  

• Manage cross-channel campaigns (email, social, SEO/SEM, content syndication).
  

• Oversee brand messaging, consistency, and market positioning.
  

• Experiment with AI and automation tools to streamline marketing.
  

• Serve as point-of-contact between strategy (management) and execution (teams).
  

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in marketing, with experience in B2B or global-facing businesses.
  

• Strong grasp of digital channels, content marketing, and campaign management.
  

• Ability to curate content strategy, calendar, content assets for organic reach.
  

• Hands-on experience with marketing tools and analytics.
  

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.
  

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
