Senior Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing quotations, developing and executing marketing strategies, and contributing to the overall growth of the company’s business. The role requires a proactive professional who can lead promotional activities, optimize costs, and drive impactful marketing campaigns and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to customer inquiries and manage quotation preparation efficiently.
• Suggest and implement new strategies to enhance marketing and business development activities.
• Manage and support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotional events, and exhibitions.
• Participate in new business development activities and contribute to lead generation.
• Coordinate and execute promotional email campaigns and marketing communication.
• Perform cost optimization and participate in price negotiation with customers and vendors.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports on ROI and effectiveness.
• Support branding initiatives, digital marketing efforts, and promotional content creation.
• Ensure timely coordination for exhibitions, seminars, and customer engagement programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in the scientific, chemical, or laboratory industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and execute them effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
