Senior Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and help expand our brand presence across Bihar. This role involves extensive travel throughout the state to execute marketing campaigns, conduct outreach, and build customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel across Bihar to promote and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
• Identify and target potential customers through field research and direct outreach
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
• Manage promotional events and local activations in various districts and town
• Report regularly on sales leads, conversion rates, and campaign performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably with field experience
• Ability to travel extensively across Bihar (company provides travel accommodations, food, and lodging)
• Own a bike (mandatory for travel purposes)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with working independently and managing your own schedule
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, sales, and CRM tools
• Ability to adapt to different environments and engage with diverse customer bases
