Relationship Manager( Real estate )

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Influencer Partnership & Investor Outreach Executive to drive collaborations with influencers, thought leaders, and public personalities to attract high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), NRIs, and institutional investors to our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage influencers, content creators, and thought leaders in finance, business, luxury lifestyle, and real estate.
• Build and manage strong relationships with influencers to promote investment opportunities.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with business and investment goals.
• Plan and oversee campaigns targeting HNIs, NRIs, and institutional investors.
• Track campaign performance, ROI, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align influencer outreach with sales strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative outreach tactics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in influencer marketing, PR, investor relations, or business development.
• Strong existing network or ability to build relationships with high-profile personalities.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of real estate investment and investor behavior is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
