Job Summary:

The Referral Marketing Senior Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other referral sources to drive patient inflow to the hospital. The role involves developing referral networks, monitoring referral performance, and executing marketing activities to enhance hospital visibility and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Referral Network Development
• Identify and develop relationships with external doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers for patient referrals.
• Maintain regular visits and communication with referral partners to ensure continuous engagement.
• Build partnerships with corporate clinics, nursing homes, and medical practitioners.
• Marketing & Promotion
• Organize CME programs, health camps, and doctor engagement events.
• Support marketing campaigns targeting referral doctors and partner institutions.
• Prepare and distribute marketing materials and promotional kits.
• Performance Monitoring
• Track and analyze referral data, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Marketing Head on referral performance.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve referral strategies.
• Coordination
• Coordinate with hospital departments (OPD, IPD, billing, etc.) to ensure smooth patient experience from referral to admission/discharge.
• Assist in handling referral-related queries and concerns.
• Relationship Management
• Maintain good rapport with internal consultants and ensure mutual cooperation for patient care.
• Ensure timely follow-up and gratitude communication with referral partners.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Hospital Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in referral marketing or hospital business development.
• Experience in healthcare / hospital / diagnostics industry preferred.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building and networking ability.
• Good presentation and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
