Senior Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in amplifying GBA's brand presence, driving lead generation, and supporting the growth of our sales training programs. The ideal candidate will be adept at digital marketing, content creation, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing Strategy:

  Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to promote GBA's training programs, workshops, and consulting services.

• Content Creation & Management:

  Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.

• Social Media Management:

  Manage and grow GBA's presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

• Lead Generation & CRM Management:

  Implement strategies to generate and nurture leads through various channels, utilizing CRM tools to track and analyze performance.

• Campaign Optimization:

  Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.

• Event Promotion:

  Assist in promoting and organizing events such as the annual "RULE YOUR YEAR" masterclass and the "10X Sales Bootcamp." Gaurav Bhagat Academy
• Design impactful proposals & presentations to send to corporates for partnerships, training, and consulting opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience:

  2–5 years in digital marketing, preferably within the education, coaching, or sales training industry.

• Skills:

  Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, SEO, email marketing, and content creation.

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Analytical Thinking:

  Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
