Job Description: Senior Marketing Executive Location: Delhi Experience: 3–4 years Industry: Service / Staffing / Skill Development Employment Type: Full-time | Work from Office About the Role: We are seeking a creative yet data-driven Senior Marketing Executive to lead our digital, performance, and social media marketing initiatives, along with supporting offline branding and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and performance optimization, especially within the service industry. Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Digital & Performance Marketing Strategize and execute high-ROI paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc. Manage end-to-end performance campaigns: Lead generation, CPL & CPA optimization Remarketing and lookalike audience targeting A/B testing to boost conversions Conduct SEO/SEM activities, keyword planning & web traffic analysis Create and optimize landing pages aligned with campaign goals Track & report performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM dashboards 2️⃣ Social Media Marketing Manage and grow social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram Plan and execute social media campaigns — from strategy and content creation to community engagement Coordinate with design and copy teams for post creation Develop engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) Handle business page enquiries and maintain brand consistency through storytelling Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and lead conversions 3️⃣ Offline & Event Marketing Plan and execute branding events, workshops, and BTL activities Coordinate with vendors for event branding, collaterals, and promotions Support the sales team with marketing tools — brochures, standees, flyers, etc. Requirement skills & Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field 3–4 years of relevant experience (preferably in service/staffing/skill development industry) Hands-on expertise in: Performance Marketing (Google & Meta) Social Media Management SEO/SEM & Analytics Tools Content Planning & Coordination Strong communication and presentation skills Balanced creativity and analytical thinking Ability to manage multiple campaigns with strict deadlines Benefits For More deatils call Monali @ 7387440517 r forward cv @ monali.r@2coms.com
