Senior Associate Design Partner position at MORPH DESIGN is a senior strategic leadership role that combines creative leadership with business management responsibilities. Roles & Responsibilities of Senior Associate Design Partner: 1. Design Leadership Lead high-value projects from concept to completion. Oversee and guide design teams, ensuring the design aligns with the firm’s vision and client objectives. Represent the firm’s design ethos in client meetings, competitions, and publications. Mentor senior and junior designers to elevate the quality of work across the studio. Approve final design presentations, material boards, and key visualizations. 2. Project & Client Management Act as the primary client interface for flagship or complex projects. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations in collaboration with project managers. Ensure consistent project delivery standards across all teams. Handle conflict resolution and provide executive-level problem-solving on active projects. 3. Business Strategy & Operations Collaborate with Partners/Directors on business development and firm-wide strategic goals. Contribute to company growth through networking, partnership building, and new client acquisition. Participate in pricing strategy, client pitches, and contract negotiations. Monitor P&L (profit & loss) of projects under their purview and ensure profitability. 4. Team Leadership & Culture Help shape the firm’s hiring strategy, retention plans, and organizational structure. Support HR in building a performance-driven, collaborative, and creative culture. Lead internal design reviews, professional development sessions, and team-building initiatives. 5. Brand Representation & Growth Represent the firm at industry events, design expos, and media engagements. Collaborate on PR, social media, and marketing strategies to elevate the firm’s public profile. Lead expansion efforts if the firm is scaling into new cities or markets. Key Skills & Qualifications 10–15+ years of experience in high-end interior design or architecture. Proven experience leading large-scale or luxury residential/commercial projects. Strong leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and business acumen. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
