Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Interior Site Supervisor located in Mumbai. As an Interior Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a project, including supervising the construction team, ensuring the quality of work, managing timelines and budgets, and maintaining effective communication with clients, designers, and contractors. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality results. Qualifications Prior experience as an Interior Site Supervisor or in a similar role Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, designers, and contractors Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in relevant software and tools Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred Experience in the luxury design industry is a plus Show more Show less
