Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Interior Site Supervisor located in Mumbai. As an Interior Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a project, including supervising the construction team, ensuring the quality of work, managing timelines and budgets, and maintaining effective communication with clients, designers, and contractors. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Interior Site Supervisor or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, designers, and contractors
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the luxury design industry is a plus
