Job Description

Role & responsibilities: The role will constitute handling project site Sales and CRM team. Formulating sales strategies, and leading the sales operations to meet the set target by the company. Good negotiation skills to close sales at site. Planning / activating successful project launch with team. Must need to have proficiency on Farvision. Market Research on Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking, Data Analysis & reporting. Preparation of MIS reports such as Leads, Walk-ins, and Revisit & Booking reports for the reporting head. Maintaining database of clients walk-ins & revisits in Farvision Project wise & Source wise analysis & dashboard creation. Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enquiries, methods and results. Ad-hoc reports as and when requested by the reporting head. Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales reports highlighting Sales performance and sales targets. Preferred candidate profile: Minimum of 8 years' experience in frontline real estate sales. Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA or equivalent in Sales/Marketing is a plus. Self-motivated and Team player. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills . Willingness to engage in cold-calling to generate leads and conduct site visits.
