Role & responsibilities Responsible for study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings. Preparation and Certification of RA bills including reconciliation Responsible for verification of certified RA bills Identification and preparation of extra -items. Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material. Estimating and costing Rate Analysis Preparation and certification bar bending schedule Back-to-back contractor billing with reconciliation Sub-contractor Billing with reconciliation Materials indent Updating google sheets related to QS and billing Taking site joint measurements with contractor and preparation of joint measurement sheet. Providing necessary data for ERP entry Preferred candidate profile Designation : QS and Billing Engineer (Senior) Experience : 3-5 years of experience in high rise buildings Qualification : Diploma in Civil Engineering Gender : Male
