Role & responsibilities: Project set up in ERP, uploading/modifying individual project details, payment schedule etc. Application, booking entry through ERP / Far Vision. Generating Reports, Invoices, Booking, and entries related to Bookings / Customers / Projects. Agreement, Allotment Letters, Invoices & Demand Letters as per schedule. Follow up with Customers for timely payments. Coordinating registration of agreement and conveyance deed. Bank coordination for Project approval and Broker/Bank enlistment, CF NOC, NOC, TPA Daily / monthly reports of sales, collection, cancellation, DSA pay-out etc. Internal Co-ordination with Sales and Site team. Preferred candidate profile: Minimum of 5 years' real estate experience in frontline CRM and collections. Bachelor's degree is mandatory; must be good in excel and ERP. Self-motivated and Team player. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills .
