Role & responsibilities Respond to incoming inquiries from prospects and guide them with project details. Convert leads into site visits through proactive follow-up and engagement. Ensure consistent and high-quality communication across all customer touchpoints Work closely with the Sales team for updates on project details, progress, pricing, availability and increasing site visits. Execute structured outbound calling and lead nurturing plans. Maintain accurate records/MIS and submit daily reports to the Head of Department. Support promotional campaigns in coordination with the marketing team Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals. Comfortable with handling high-volume inbound and outbound communications Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 4 years' real estate experience in frontline Pre-sales. Bachelor's degree is mandatory; must be good in English, Hindi and Bengali. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills . Must have past experience of working in pre-sales in real estate industry.
