Senior Manager

• Bachelor s/Master s in Management, Education, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• A master s degree will be highly preferred.

Requirements

:

• At least 7+ years of progressive experience in engaging with government-run projects,
  especially teacher training or education programs and program implementation.
• Highly proactive and entrepreneurial in functioning where you act as a problem solver
  and a visionary leader.
• Be able to effectively conduct written and verbal communication skills in English, and
  Hindi (non-negotiable). Basic spoken knowledge of Nagamese will be preferred
• 1 year of experience in marketing
• A solid understanding and advocacy around SEL, mental health, and psychosocial
  development within children is preferred.
• Should be able to confidently hold spaces and provide solutions to government
  officials, thereby, bringing them success through cross-collaboration
• Be able to lead and mentor a team and delegate responsibilities effectively
• Be proficient in MS Office toolkits such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Possess outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and can
  design comprehensive proposals
