Senior Manager

As a Carpentry Production Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the execution of carpentry works according to job cards and production schedules. You will be tasked with ensuring that the quality, fit, and finish of each project align with project and client specifications. Your role will also involve reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, monitoring the optimal usage of woodworking machines and tools, and supervising a team of carpenters, helpers, and supervisors. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and lead your team effectively - Allocate manpower based on production needs - Conduct regular team briefings and skill development sessions - Maintain discipline, attendance, and workplace ethics among team members - Implement SOPs and checklists for process standardization - Perform stage-wise inspections to minimize rework and rejection - Coordinate with the Quality Control department to address any non-conformance reports Qualifications Required: - Diploma/ITI in Carpentry, Wood Technology, or a related trade - Minimum of 8 years of experience in carpentry, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role If you are a Carpentry Production Supervisor with a passion for ensuring high-quality carpentry work, effective team management, and adherence to safety standards, we would love to hear from you.,
