Experience

Education

• Should have worked in complex manufacturing environment.
• Experience in manufacturing industry (preferable in Electronic Manufacturing)
• Good technical expertise in accounting principles, cost management and COGS tracking.
• Should be able to work with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Act as a Business Finance partner to Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Business Teams.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with functional teams.
• Track record of driving process improvements and ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
• SCM Finance manager who is having very good working knowledge in SAP/Similar ERP.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Kannada is desirable.
• Good understanding of logistics operations and supply chain finance preferred.
