Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
UI/UX Lead Designer
with 6-9 years of professional experience in user interface and user experience design, including prior expertise in UX research. The ideal candidate will lead the design strategy, mentor team members, and ensure the delivery of exceptional user-centered designs across digital platforms. Additionally, this role will encompass aspects of

Key Responsibilities
- Design Leadership:
- Develop and oversee comprehensive UI/UX design strategies aligning with business goals.
- Lead and manage a team of designers, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Advocate for design thinking and user-centered approaches across the organization.
- Creative Direction & Brand Communication:
- Define and maintain the visual identity and design language across all platforms to ensure a consistent brand experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create visually compelling assets, ensuring brand storytelling is integrated into the user experience.
- Establish design guidelines, component libraries, and brand assets to maintain a uniform visual presence.
- Oversee creative campaigns, product branding, and multimedia experiences, ensuring alignment with brand values and market positioning.
- UX Research:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Utilize methods such as usability testing, surveys, card sorting, and remote observation to gather insights.
- Translate research findings into actionable design recommendations that enhance usability and engagement.
- UI/UX Design Execution:
- Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, flow diagrams, and visual designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Design intuitive UI components such as navigation menus, widgets, and interactive elements.
- Ensure designs adhere to responsive principles and accessibility standards for inclusivity.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver tailored user experiences.
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executives effectively, ensuring alignment with business and brand objectives.
- Partner with marketing and branding teams to ensure UX and brand storytelling complement one another across all digital touchpoints.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
- Stay updated on emerging trends in UI/UX design, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
- Implement feedback loops to refine designs based on user testing results.
- Explore new creative technologies and interaction design trends to elevate the digital brand experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 6-9 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products/services, including experience in creative direction and brand communication.
- Proven track record in UX research methodologies such as usability testing, surveys, and information architecture analysis.
- Strong expertise in design tools like Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with HTML/CSS (SCSS), JavaScript.
- Experience developing design systems, brand guidelines, and digital style guides.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring or managing designers.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting work to large groups or executives.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development cycles.
- Knowledge of motion design, typography, and advanced prototyping tools for interaction design.
