Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition

As a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at unifyCX, you will play a crucial role in leading end-to-end hiring efforts across both volume and leadership roles. With over a decade of strategic recruitment experience, you will bring a data-driven mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders. Your expertise in the Mysore market will be an added advantage as you drive high-quality and timely hiring to meet aggressive ramp-up targets. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines, strengthening employer branding and candidate experience, and continuously optimizing recruitment workflows and tools for scalability. You will work closely with business leaders and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and workforce planning, providing consultative support, market insights, and talent forecasting. Utilizing recruitment metrics and dashboards, you will measure performance, provide data-backed hiring insights, and offer regular reporting to leadership. Preferred regional experience in hiring within the Mysore market is highly desirable, along with a strong understanding of the regional talent landscape and sourcing channels. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a BPO/Shared Services setup, is required, along with a proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment and leadership hiring. Proficiency in recruitment analytics, employer branding, sourcing best practices, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Additionally, familiarity with ATS and recruitment technology platforms will be beneficial in this role.,
