Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

Role Overview:

Looking for someone with expertise in IT and Engineering hiring, including cloud hiring, Fullstack hiring, Data Engineering Hiring, Testing Hiring, ETL hiring, devops Hiring, TPM hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Design and execute a holistic talent acquisition strategy for lateral hiring.
• Partner with senior leadership to understand business goals and translate them into hiring plans.
• Drive diversity hiring and build inclusive sourcing strategies.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Implement and monitor recruitment metrics (KPIs, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators.
• Foster a high-performance culture and ensure continuous learning and development.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs, and external partners.
• Act as a strategic advisor on talent market trends and hiring best practices.

Technology & Analytics:

• Leverage ATS and HRIS systems for data-driven decision-making.
• Use analytics to optimize sourcing channels and improve candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience:

  6-9 years in talent acquisition, with at least 35 years in a leadership role.
