Role Overview: The Senior Manager Talent Acquisition will lead strategic hiring initiatives across business units, ensuring alignment with Fractals growth objectives. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and people leadership to attract top-tier talent and build a strong employer brand. Looking for someone with expertise in IT and Engineering hiring, including cloud hiring, Fullstack hiring, Data Engineering Hiring, Testing Hiring, ETL hiring, devops Hiring, TPM hiring. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Design and execute a holistic talent acquisition strategy for lateral hiring. Partner with senior leadership to understand business goals and translate them into hiring plans. Drive diversity hiring and build inclusive sourcing strategies. Operational Excellence: Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. Implement and monitor recruitment metrics (KPIs, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.). Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators. Foster a high-performance culture and ensure continuous learning and development. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs, and external partners. Act as a strategic advisor on talent market trends and hiring best practices. Technology & Analytics: Leverage ATS and HRIS systems for data-driven decision-making. Use analytics to optimize sourcing channels and improve candidate experience. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 6-9 years in talent acquisition, with at least 35 years in a leadership role.
