With a manufacturing unit in Boranada Industrial Estate, Jodhpur, the company specializes in producing stainless steel pipes, tubes, coils, circles, and sheets with an annual capacity of 60,000 MT. Equipped with the latest on-line tube finish equipment, Suncity prioritizes quality, teamwork, and timely delivery for customer satisfaction.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager located in Jodhpur. The Senior Manager will oversee daily operations, planning, and execution to ensure productivity and growth. The role includes strategic planning, resource management, team leadership, and continuous improvement of production processes. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining quality standards, coordinating with various departments, and driving initiatives for value chain enhancement.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in strategic planning and resource management
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong background in production processes and quality standards
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Understanding of the stainless steel manufacturing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
