Head of Production

🔵 We’re Hiring – Production Head (Cookware Manufacturing)

📍 Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan

🏢 Company: Suncity Metals & Tubes Pvt. Ltd. (Suncasa – A Trusted Brand in Cookware)

We are looking for a Production Head to lead our cookware manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in cookware or metal-based production and hold a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification in Production/Manufacturing.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day production operations in the cookware division

• Achieve production targets while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety

• Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and TPM practices

• Manage production planning, resource allocation, and manpower utilization

• Collaborate with maintenance, QA, SCM, and project teams

• Ensure compliance with ISO, BIS, and internal quality systems

📌 Requirements:

• B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in cookware or metal product manufacturing

• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Hands-on experience in press shop, fabrication, polishing, and assembly lines

• Knowledge of SAP, ISO/BIS compliance, and process improvement tools preferred
