JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Project Leadership & Execution:

• Oversee and manage multiple

  Solar Rooftop projects

  simultaneously from initiation to completion.
• Ensure timely achievement of project milestones and high-quality delivery standards.
• Drive operational planning and implementation, adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Team Management & Coordination:

• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction personnel.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight to ensure seamless execution.
• Foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence.

Client Relationship & Business Development:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
• Engage with key stakeholders for project reviews, escalations, and strategic collaboration.
• Represent the organization in client and government meetings where required.

Financial Oversight & Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with leadership on

  budgeting, cost optimization,

  and

  financial control.

• Drive profitability through efficient resource utilization and process improvements.
• Support business strategy and expansion planning in the rooftop solar vertical.

Process Optimization & Compliance:

• Identify and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory, regulatory, and safety guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for organizational growth.

DESIRED

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Solar Rooftop Project Management & Execution.
• Strong leadership capability to manage large teams and complex projects.
• Deep understanding of solar EPC, rooftop regulations, net metering policies, and local state norms.
