Senior Manager

The position requires you to have effective communication, stakeholder management, risk identification, change management, issue resolution, and presentation skills. You will be responsible for managing the project from the Product Idea Formulation (PIF) stage till filing in coordination with the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) comprising of Formulation, Analytical, Regulatory, Quality, API, MSTG, and BD departments. You should have knowledge of Project Management tools such as MS Projects and Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM). It will be your responsibility to maintain project plans and regularly update them in the software. Managing project timelines, cost, and scope will also be a crucial part of your role. Preparing and updating project status for management meetings, understanding the development lifecycle, and escalating issues for timely resolution are important aspects of this position. You should also have a good understanding of working processes and the significance of following the correct procedures. Conducting stage gate meetings as per relevant norms, ensuring effective coordination and communication between various CFT members to align them with the company's priorities, and achieving shared goals will be part of your responsibilities. Timely responses to queries from CFT members for on-time filing and approval are essential. You will be expected to identify project risks, work with the CFT towards mitigation, and escalate issues in a timely manner to facilitate resolution.
