Be a senior strategy leader driving long-term vision, new-market bets, and cross-functional execution at a fast-scaling proprietary trading firm. Youll partner directly with the CEO, turn market intelligence into growth plays, and track performance through sharp, data-led KPIs.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the creation and execution of

   long-term strategic initiatives

   ; align leadership on actionable roadmaps.
2. Own market/competitor research and industry benchmarking to surface opportunities and risks.
3. Drive

   cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product; mentor teams on strategic problem-solving.

4. Define KPIs, deliver exec-ready reporting, and iterate strategy using data-driven insights.

5. Manage senior stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor

   to the leadership team.
6. Champion innovation, evaluate new markets/products/services, and foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

1. Master’s degree (MBA preferred) from a Tier-1 institute.

2. 4–5 years’ experience in Capital Markets with exposure to strategy/management consulting/business leadership.

3. Strong analytical problem-solving, BI/analytics fluency, and crisp executive communication.

4. Proven influence skills with senior stakeholders; consensus-building across functions.
5. Robust program/project management; ability to prioritize multiple high-impact initiatives.
