Hiring for a Senior Manager – SAP R2R for the global aerospace & defence leader.

Role & responsibilities:


  • Lead the SAP R2R functional teams at IDTC, managing 11–20 SAP functional and technical professionals.
  • Drive alignment of SAP resources with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Provide strategic leadership by collaborating with enterprise stakeholders to ensure business continuity, compliance, and adherence to standards.
  • Oversee seamless integration between functional and technical teams to deliver effective business solutions.
  • Build and mentor a high-performance team through clear communication, coaching, and performance management.
  • Partner with customers to understand requirements, support organizational change, and deliver superior service quality.
  • Align SAP functional management practices with the organization’s digital governance and development framework.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively to focus team efforts on critical business priorities.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of technology resources in line with strategic goals.
  • Share periodic performance metrics and insights with key stakeholders.
  • Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across teams.


Candidate requirements:


  • Over 10 years of SAP leadership experience with expertise across multiple SAP modules and related business processes.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven success in delivery management, including oversight of teams of 11–20 members.
  • In-depth knowledge of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) and project management practices.
  • Experience preparing for SAP S/4HANA migration and supporting pre-project initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, estimate, and manage project resources for initiatives of varying size and complexity.
  • Excellent analytical, data management, and decision-making skills with a critical thinking approach.
  • Self-motivated professional with adaptability to diverse corporate cultures and business environments.
