Senior Manager Sales Training

• Design and train FF on BSV's products for continuously updating their product awareness
• Train, facilitate, and coach FF by creating awareness on the latest selling techniques, methods, and tools to continuously re-skill
• Develop the managerial capability of the line managers with relevant inputs from stakeholders, as well as the BSV competency framework
• Conduct training (on-the-job as well as classroom ILTs) for all new and current employees
• Understand stakeholder requirements and proactively respond to any expectations
• Build trust and respect to enhance quality of relationship and service with stakeholder
• Lead the generation of relevant and accurate data/reports for efficient Leadership decision making process
• Allocate tasks and solve problems that may arise
• Create an environment of learning and support team members to realize their individual goals
• Build a culture of open communication, engagement and create an energized workplace
• Lead and drive the involvement from Training team to create impact, and improve efficiency of strategic initiatives towards organization transformation

Requisite for the role -

• Between 10 - 12 years of training as well as content & curriculum design, in FMCG or Pharmaceutical Industries. Preferably, 4+ years of sales training experience.
• Graduate in any discipline. Post-graduate in Pharmaceutical Management or/and General Management will be added advantage.
• Preferably, Certification in Training or Facilitation Skills
