Lead, train, and manage a team of sales executives and relationship officers
Achieve monthly and annual personal loan sales targets
Develop and expand sourcing channels (DSA, referrals, branch walk-ins, digital leads, etc.)
Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline, and conversion ratios
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with credit and regulatory policies
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations
Support team in closing high-value or complex cases
Coordinate with credit, operations, and customer service teams for smooth loan disbursement

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong sales and negotiation skills
Team leadership and people management abilities
Good understanding of personal loan products and lending processes
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM systems, and MIS reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus

Experience

3–6 years of experience in retail lending or banking sales
At least 1–2 years in a team-handling or managerial role
Experience in personal loans, unsecured loans, or consumer finance preferred
