Job Description

Role Overview: As an Outbound Calling Agent at our dynamic NBFC team, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to promote a diverse range of financial products and services. Your primary goal will be to drive meaningful customer interactions and foster long-term relationships while contributing to the growth of our client portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Building, developing, and managing a client portfolio to identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Generating leads, conducting outreach, and engaging potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present tailored solutions. - Presenting products or services to clients, articulating their value to close sales and secure long-term contracts. - Collaborating with internal departments like Marketing and Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction and integrate client feedback seamlessly. - Keeping accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics in our CRM system for up-to-date information. - Staying informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market. - Handling customer queries professionally and escalating issues when necessary. Qualification Required: - Minimum 1 year of proven Telesales experience as a representative or in a similar sales role. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to understand client needs. - Fluency in English, Hindi, and any other regional language. - Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. - Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Adaptability to adjust sales tactics based on client feedback and market demands.
